About the Editors:
Leonel Pereznieto Castro
is Professor of Law at the Universitad Autónoma de Mexico. He is the author of several books and numerous articles published in Mexico and foreign countries. He is the Editor in chief of the Revista mexicana de derecho internacional privado. He has been Professor at the Hague Academy of International Law.

Tullio Treves is Professor of International Law at the University of Milano, Italy and Judge of the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea. He is the author of sever books and numerous articles in the fields of private and public international law published in Italy and foreign countries. He is a co-director of the Rivista di diritto internazional privato e processuale. He has been a Professor at the Hague Academy of International Law.

Francesco Seatzu, JD (Cagliari) , PhD (Nottingham), is Associate Professor of International and European Union Law at the University of Cagliari, Italy. He is the author of Insurance in Private International Law: A European Perspective and co-editor of The Implementation Provisions of the E.C. Choice of Law Rules for Insurance Contracts in Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain and the United Kingdom: A Commentary. Professor Seatzu is the author of several articles in private and public international law published in Italy and foreign countries.
